Simon Peter met David Thompson at Emancipation Park where David was exercising. The encounter led to David becoming a Christian. After that, wherever Simon went, David was there.

Simon met Arceli online and their friendship developed into a romance. although Arceli lived in Hong Kong, they made the relationship work. Simon was planning on asking Arceli to be his wife but passed away a few days before he could ask the question.

Simon loved his three children and was very proud of them. Here he is with his eldest child.

Simon worked for Intcomex, a computer and computer accessories store. He was a faithful worker, and retired due to health reasons only months before his passing.

Simon loved his church. He was was highly evangelistic and brought many people to church because of his passionate representation of Christ. He also was a very good dresser, as seen in this photo.

Simon loved music and made a significant contribution to the industry. He sold CDs to arriving passengers at the airport, but made it a point to sell only songs with wholesome lyrics.
