🌟 Hope Visit 🌟

The church in Jamaica has been greatly blessed by the generosity of many individuals and organizations both before and after the hurricane. Two NGOs that have played a significant role in fundraising and distributing aid are HOPE Worldwide and the Caribbean Missions Society.

This week, January  25th - 31st, 2026, representatives from both organizations will be visiting Jamaica to assess long-term needs, evaluate the impact of the assistance provided, particularly in the southern regions, and explore partnerships that can continue to support the people of Jamaica.

They will also be spending time with members of the Kingston Church of Christ (KCOC), including several special sessions listed below.

  •  Greg Taylor, director of HOPE Canada, will be doing a presentation to the Kingston and St. Catherine Regions on Wednesday, February 4, at 7:00 PM at the Stephanie Hall, Holy Childhood High School.

  • They will conduct a training workshop for volunteers at the Caribbean Estate Club House in Portmore on Saturday, February 7, at 2:00 PM

  • Ben Barnett, Hope Worldwide CEO and president, will preach a sermon at our worship service on Sunday, February 8, at 10 AM at the Courtleigh Auditorium.

Please make a special effort to attend these sessions. The call is for us to make an impact in the name and manner of Jesus in our communities.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
